These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blind Repair Plus website (blindrepairplus.com) and your engagement with our repair and installation services. By using our website or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Blind Repair Plus provides mobile blind, shade, and shutter repair and installation services to residential and commercial clients in the Charlotte Metrolina region of North Carolina and South Carolina. All services are performed on-site at the client's location by appointment only, Monday through Friday.

Blind Repair Plus is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by Hunter Douglas or any other window covering manufacturer. All brand names and product names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on information available at the time of the initial consultation. Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work, parts required, or site conditions differ from what was described or assessed during the initial contact. No work will begin without the client's agreement to the estimated cost. Final pricing may be adjusted to reflect actual parts costs, labor time, or additional issues discovered during the repair.

Parts and Repairability

Not all blinds, shades, or shutters can be repaired. Repairability depends on the availability of replacement parts, manufacturer support, and the overall condition of the product. If a product cannot be repaired, or if the cost of repair exceeds the value of the product, we will advise you accordingly and may recommend replacement. We do not guarantee that all products presented for repair can be restored to working condition.

Appointments and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by text or phone at (704) 559-9741. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for appointments cancelled without reasonable notice or for no-shows.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. We accept cash, check, and common digital payment methods. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

Limitation of Liability

Blind Repair Plus will exercise reasonable care in performing all services. However, we are not liable for damage to products that are already fragile, deteriorated, or otherwise compromised prior to our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services rendered will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
