Bruce Elbertson founded Blind Repair Plus in 2025, but he's been working with blinds and shades since 2004 — over 20 years of hands-on experience repairing, installing, and troubleshooting window coverings of every kind.
Early in his career, Bruce worked directly with installation crews across the greater Charlotte area, developing a deep familiarity with how blinds are built and how they fail. He earned his Hunter Douglas Master Installer certification — the highest level of factory certification available — and later added his PowerView Pro credentials, qualifying him to install and service Hunter Douglas's full motorization platform.
